SET OPTIONS
We know not everyone requires an ultra bespoke funeral service so we have designed three options which are most common for our clients to ask for.
The Personalised Funeral, A Simple Funeral and an Eco-burial Funeral. Prices for all three are below.
Please note, these do not include disbursements (costs we pay on your behalf to third parties) or the cost of the coffin.
The Personalised Funeral – £2,995
Service includes:
- Our professional services which involves all aspects of making funeral arrangements
- Your choice of date and time of the funeral service
- The personal attention of Lucy Coulbert 24:7
- Collection of the person who has died from the John Radcliffe or Churchill Hospital
- The use of our office mortuary facilities for up to 14 days
- A black hearse on the day of the funeral
- Four bearers on the day of the funeral (if required)
- Dressing the person who has died in their own clothing (if required)
- An online obituary to be placed on our dedicated social media page
- Collection of a person's ashes
- Delivery of a person's ashes anywhere in Oxfordshire
- Storage of a person's ashes for up to three months

Should a person require collecting from a care home, own home or hospice, there is an addition charge of £275
Natural burial – £2,895
Service includes:
- Our professional services which involves all aspects of making funeral arrangements
- Your choice of date and time of the funeral service
- The personal attention of Lucy Coulbert 24:7
- Collection of the person who has died from the John Radcliffe or Churchill Hospital
- The use of our office mortuary facilities for up to 14 days
- Land Rover Discovery on the day of the funeral
- One bearer on the day of the funeral (if required)
- Dressing the person who has died in their own clothing (if required)
- An online obituary to be placed on our dedicated social media page

Should a person require collecting from a care home, own home or hospice, there is an addition charge of £275
Some people prefer to keep everything as simple as possible which is why we have designed the Simple Funeral Service with that in mind.
Simple Funeral – £2,399
Service includes:
- Our professional services which involves all aspects of making funeral arrangements
- Your choice of the date and time of the funeral service (Monday - Friday only)
- The personal attention of Lucy Coulbert during normal working hours
- Collection of the person who has died from the John Radcliffe or Churchill Hospital
- The use of our office mortuary facilities for up to 14 days
- Land Rover Discovery as a hearse on the day of the funeral
- Family & friends to carry a person's coffin
- Dressing the person who has died in their own clothing (if required)
- An online obituary to be placed on our dedicated social media page
- Collection of a person's ashes
- Delivery of a person's ashes anywhere in Oxford City
- Storage of a person's ashes for up to three months
Does not include – flowers, orders of service or a newspaper notice to be placed.
